Alert Level 3 regulations have been adjusted to allow full real estate operations from Monday, 1 June. This means that the physical viewings of property are no longer prohibited, and real estate activity has been given the go-ahead. We are excited to get the ball rolling again, however, keeping our agents and clients as safe as possible is still the main priority. That is why we have put all the necessary protocols and precautions in place to accommodate physical viewings in the safest way possible.

For our clients who prefer to continue their house-hunting virtuallytechnologies allow prospective sellers to provide an agent with all the necessary information needed to commence the marketing of property in much the same way as before the lockdown.

The assistance of valuation tools allows us to provide prospective sellers with highly accurate property assessments while thimplementation of digital platforms and tools ensures that the real estate sector is accessible to those who prefer to self-isolate and those who do not.

Sellers can now also create a virtual tour of their property and model of their home with panoramic photographs that can be captured on any Apple or Android phone. This virtual tour will then allow 3%. Com Properties' agents to accompany prospective buyers on a guided tour through your property, without any risk of infection.

3%. Com Properties will be there every step of the way to guide you through the constant changes on the legal and real estate industry landscapes that have become the new norm in these unprecedented times.
